What types of vacuum vessel can we provide? We can provide vacuum vessel made of SUS304, SUS316L, carbon steel, PP, PPH, etc. We can customize them according to the customer's size, material, and vacuum requirements. Requirements vary depending on the product area. We have made vacuum containers for degassing dilute sulfuric acid, battery degassing, and transformer casting, etc. You can also provide us with drawings for customization.

Product Applications:Our vacuum vessel is widely used for degassing and bubble removal across a broad range of liquids, resins, chemicals, and new energy materials. In the resin and polymer sector, we effectively degas epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, silicone rubber, wood stabilizing resin, casting compounds (e.g., Smooth‑Cast series), and thermal conductive silicone – thoroughly eliminating entrapped air from mixing and curing to improve the density, mechanical strength, and insulation performance of castings, molds, and potting components. In the new energy industry, our systems are applied for pre‑filling degassing of lithium battery electrolyte, vacuum stirring and defoaming of battery slurry, as well as vacuum potting and curing of battery modules and motor controllers to ensure optimal heat dissipation and waterproofing. For chemical processing, we offer corrosion‑resistant PP vacuum chambers capable of safely handling dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, 5–10% sodium hydroxide solution, and various electroplating solutions – removing dissolved air to reduce pitting and coating defects. Additionally, our equipment is suitable for degassing essential oils, defoaming plaster slurries, and processing polyurethane raw materials under vacuum.
