Vacuum Vessel Degassing System Structure: This vacuum degassing system mainly consists of a vacuum chamber, a sealed door, an observation window, a vacuum pump unit, and an operation control console. The vacuum chamber is a horizontal cylindrical structure with a single-end door. Guide rails are installed inside the chamber for transporting the batteries. The sealed door is a key component that isolates the vacuum chamber from the outside environment. The observation window on the sealed door is pressure-resistant and allows for real-time observation of the chamber's internal conditions. The vacuum pump unit is the core component for achieving the negative pressure requirement within the chamber, including a vacuum pump, vacuum piping, and valves. The operation control console is the hub for the vacuum rapid exhaust system's control functions and houses the electrical control system. Monitor can be installed in the vacuum chamber to be easy obsive.
