Stainless Steel Vacuum Vessel

Our stainless steel vacuum containers are made of 304 or 316L thick stainless steel plates, which can achieve extremely low vacuum negative pressure. The vacuum level depends on the vacuum pump.

There are several reasons to choose a stainless-steel vacuum vessel. The main reason is that stainless steel will allow for a much greater vacuum performance over acrylic. In fact, all high vacuum systems use stainless steel vacuum vessels. Another reason to go with a stainless-steel vacuum vessel is that stainless steel is capable of higher operational temperatures. The maximum temperature of a stainless-steel vacuum vessel is in the order of about 350 degrees Celsius. Stainless steel is also used because it is resistant to alcohols, thinners, and solvents and unlike acrylic, it will not craze or blemish during exposure to the aforementioned chemicals.

Introduction to Stainless Steel Vacuum Vessel

Our stainless steel vacuum vessels are entirely made of stainless steel, except for the sealing rings. The stainless steel material can be selected according to your requirements, including SUS304, SUS16L, 2205, etc. We can provide chemical-grade, food-grade, and pharmaceutical-grade equipment based on your application. Stainless steel vacuum containers offer the best sealing performance, pressure resistance, and temperature resistance among all materials used in vacuum vessels, making them the most popular choice. We can customize stainless steel vacuum chambers of different sizes according to customer requirements, adjusting the steel plate thickness to accommodate volume variations. These stainless steel vacuum vessels have a wide range of applications, including resin casting defoaming, battery fluid degassing, and extreme testing. Automated control and real-time monitoring can be added according to customer requirements, and various interfaces are available to meet your vacuum experiment or production needs.
