Vacuum Disperser

Working Principle: Equipped with a high-speed dispersing shaft and a low-speed wall-scraping stirring system, the equipment realizes dual functions of high-efficiency dispersion and uniform mixing. The high-speed rotating serrated dispersion disc generates strong shear, impact and turbulent grinding force to break up material agglomerates and achieve uniform solid-liquid fusion. Meanwhile, the vacuum system pumps out air inside the tank to form a negative pressure state, which rapidly floats and eliminates tiny bubbles inside the materials. The matched circulating wall-scraping agitator ensures no dead corners in the mixing tank, avoiding material adhesion and stratification, and greatly improving the overall mixing fineness and consistency.

Basic Components: The vacuum high speed disperser adopts an integrated and compact structural design, mainly composed of a hydraulic lifting system, driving motor & frequency conversion control unit, dual-shaft stirring and dispersing system, fully sealed vacuum tank, vacuum pumping system, and electric control system. All core contact parts are made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
