We recently completed an acrylic vacuum chamber for a Netherlands friend. The chamber's internal dimensions are 400*400*400mm, with a thickness of 40mm. It can withstand a vacuum of -0.1Mpa. It is equipped with an electronic pressure gauge (KF25 interface), inlet and outlet valves, and a side-opening door with a corresponding sealing ring.
Before shipping, we conducted a pressure test; the pressure increased by approximately 60Pa after 90 minutes, an excellent result. We recently upgraded the vacuum chamber's seal with fluororubber, making it more resistant to extreme environments and extending its service life—significantly superior to Teflon tape commonly found on the market.
