Vacuum oven temperature control system

Omron intelligent temperature controller, fixed value constant temperature control mode, PID automatic calculation, with sensor disconnection alarm function, with over-temperature alarm protection function to ensure the safe operation of the product.

Triple over-temperature protection system

There are electrical protection systems inside the box, over-temperature preventer (independent temperature limit, over-temperature power off), phase sequence protection (voltage under-phase protection), motor over-current protection, control line fuse, electric thermal over-current protection, and no-fuse switch.

Stainless steel liner vacuum oven

It is welded with 3mm thick stainless steel plates, with arc corners all around, which is airtight. The box is surrounded by reinforced structures, making it firm and resistant to pressure.

Vacuum oven electric heating system

The stainless steel dust-free heating tube is filled with high-quality nickel-chromium heating wire, high insulation and thermal conductivity modified magnesium oxide filling. Temperature is evenly distributed on the outer walls around the studio, making the temperature inside the box more uniform.

Vacuum negative pressure is less than 133PA

The high-quality medical mechanical vacuum gauge can display the vacuum degree in the box in real time.
