This vacuum glove box is mainly made of 304 stainless steel and plexiglass, with a wall thickness of 3mm, brushed inner surface and painted white outer surface. The vacuum degree can reach -0.1MPA, and the vacuum can be drawn multiple times, and high-purity inert gas can be flushed into the box for replacement to achieve a high-purity water-free and oxygen-free environment.

Function of the Stainless Steel Vacuum Glove Box

The vacuum glove box is used to provide a pure working environment. The gas inside the box can be extracted to a vacuum state, and other pure gases such as argon and nitrogen are added for gas replacement, so that there is no moisture and oxygen in the operating space of the glove box.

Main components and configuration of Vacuum Glove Boxes

Box: SUS304 stainless steel, 3mm thick, inner surface: stainless steel wire drawing, outer surface: spray paint, self-color
Window: The operating box is 10mm thick plexiglass on the front, with a wide viewing angle without blind spots
Ball valve: The inlet and outlet ball valves are made of 304 stainless steel. The valves are equipped with water nozzles inside and outside for water and air intake. Some instruments (such as spin coaters) can be placed in the box and vacuumed through them
Lighting: UV-free white light, installed above each glass window
Power supply: The box is equipped with multi-hole power sockets to meet the needs of customers' internal instrument use
Gloves: The operating box uses industrial-grade corrosion-resistant latex gloves, and the glove openings are fixed with sealing rings

Function Optional:

Fully automatic humidity system	Fully automatic control of humidity/moisture in the box, out of the blind spot of humidity
Fully automatic pressure system	The box is at a constant pressure value, especially suitable for the leakage of harmful powder
Oven	If vacuum baking is required, the transition chamber heating mode can be selected
Gas replacement system	After vacuuming and filling with inert gas, the water oxygen value is generally around 200PPM
Purification system	It can achieve a water oxygen value <1PPM
Dust removal system	If the internal purification level reaches 100/1000, the dust removal system can be selected

Before vacuuming, gloves A and B must be in the closed state, and the glove cover can be opened only after the pressure in the box returns to normal.

C is butyl gloves. Before using the gloves, please ensure the pressure in the box. It is strictly forbidden to open the glove cover under vacuum state.

Acrylic transparent glass window, can observe the whole process of the experiment.

The door on the side of the box is convenient for taking in the tools and equipment needed for the experiment, realizing water-free and oxygen-free operation.

Vacuum pressure gauge, the numerical display makes it easy to know the vacuum degree in the box.

The spare KF interface on the back of the box is convenient for later upgrades or access to equipment

The outlet ball valve and the pressure balance ball valve keep the pressure balance between the box and the gloves.
