Function of Scientific Glove Box

  • Closed circulation: The inert gas in the glove box is circulated in a closed manner through the circulating fan and purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen
  • Automatic control regeneration: The dehydration and deoxygenation materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program
  • Box pressure control: The pressure in the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC, and the working pressure can be freely set within +/-10mbar
  • Vacuum pump automatic control: The vacuum pump is required to automatically start when the system needs it

Foot switch: controls the gas replenishment and exhaust of the box, placed under the box, fine-tuning the pressure in the working chamber
Glove box bracket: carbon steel spray-coated, one-piece; equipped with movable casters and liftable support feet; transferable glove box

Foot pedal: control the box pressure, convenient for operation of boost and depressurization

Display system: uses Siemens PLC touch screen PT177 to display the operating status, box pressure, system records, etc.

Vacuum system control
Vacuum pump flow rate 8m3/h, ultimate vacuum degree ≤2x10-1pa. It can be started manually or through PLC, with a flow rate of 8m3/h. It can evacuate the transition chamber and maintain the pressure balance of the box. The ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum pump is ≤2x10-1pa
