Titanium Metal Powder Glove Box

We are pleased to present a custom non-standard solution for a client in the titanium metal industry. This product features a double glove box design. On the far left side of the box, there is a fully opening door that connects to a flange, which interfaces with the customer’s gas cylinder containing powder. The powder is transported through a pipeline into the box for further packing. Once the packing is weighed, the contents are transferred through a transition chamber into the glove box on the right side. The right-side glove box has a sunk bottom, housing a vacuum machine that enables vacuum sealing of the measured powder.

Laser Welding Glove Box

There is a side door on the left side of the box to facilitate customers to inspect and repair the laser equipment. The laser equipment needs to have a protection level. We replaced the tempered glass of the glove box with an acrylic plate. Its protection level is OD6+ and the protection wavelength is 1064. The laser equipment needs a glove box body, so the interface at the back of the box is specially designed and enlarged to facilitate customers' wiring through the laser welding glove box body.

Explosion-proof Glove Box

Vacuum Stainless Steel Glove Box

This purification system glove box adopts a split design and is equipped with a purification column. Through internal circulation, the water oxygen value inside the box can be less than a PPM value. For general standard purification glove box systems, we all use large glass. The large glass surface is our normal pressure glove box, and for this box, the customer has the need for vacuuming, so the outside of the box has been strengthened, our observation window has been reduced, and there is a glove cover in front. When we are vacuuming, we close our glove cover and open our balance valve. This ensures that our gloves are not under pressure. Welding Glove Box

This stainless steel is mainly to provide customers with a low-oxygen environment for oxygen-free welding. The glass surface of the glove box is large in size, and a transparent glass surface is also made at the front glove opening to facilitate observation of the inside of the box. This glove box only performs gas replacement to reduce the oxygen content in the box, so the glove box is equipped with a micro-pressure gauge with a detection range of ±2000Pa. Microscope Glove Box

The microscope is placed in the acrylic glove box. For better operation and observation, the front of the box is made into a multi-faceted zigzag, the glove opening is moved down, and there are doors on the left and right sides of the box. Since the microscope does not need to be taken out frequently after being placed in, a small door is opened on the left side to enter the material. On the right side is a side door that can be fully opened with a nut connection, which is convenient for placing our microscope without occupying the internal space. The left side of the box is customized for customers with a micro pressure gauge and flow meter. There are two KF40 interfaces on the top of the box to connect the water oxygen probe, and there is an inspection port on the back of the box.
