Portable Acrylic Glove Box Features & Optional

Cabinet	Acrylic material, thickness 6MM transparent
Windows	The experimental process can be clearly observed from any angle
Ball valve	The inlet and outlet ball valves are made of 304 stainless steel. There are water nozzles inside and outside the valves to allow water and air to enter. Some instruments (such as spin coaters) can be placed in the box to draw a vacuum.
Power supply	The box is equipped with multiple power sockets to meet the needs of customers' internal instrument use
Gloves	The operator's hand box uses industrial-grade corrosion-resistant latex gloves, and the glove opening is fixed with a sealing ring

Fully automatic humidity system	Fully automatic control of humidity/moisture content in the box, getting out of the blind spot of humidity
Fully automatic pressure system	The pressure inside the box is kept constant, which is especially suitable for the case of harmful powder leakage.
Oven	If vacuum baking is required, you can select the transition chamber heating mode
Gas replacement system	After vacuuming and filling with inert gas, the water & oxygen value is generally around 200PPM
Purification system	Can achieve water & oxygen value <1PPM
Dust removal system	The internal purification level reaches 100/1000 level, and the dust removal system can be selected
